CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Talking therapy that helps people understand how they normally interpret things that happen in their life, through their thinking (cognitions) and how they act (behaviours). We adapt CBT intervention for individuals with Autism-ASD. An Evidence-base intervention effective with ASD, ADHD, challenging behavior, Anxiety, Depression and other conditions. We will analyze patterns of unhelpful thinking styles and negative actions. We will work together through coping strategies and your strenghts to enhance your goals (it will help develop a sense of awareness of possible triggers).
DBT - Dialectic Behavioral Therapy
Dialectic Behavioral Therapy is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) greatly focused on emational and social aspects, where the main goals are: teach individuals how to live and focus on the moment, cope healthily with stress and regulate emotions, improve relationships with others and helps improving self-awareness and self-care.

Includes all theories in psychology that analyse the individual's functioning based on traits on personality and the unconscious.
